Global Public Health MSc graduate Adedoyin Sonibare video transcript

The following is a transcript of an interview with Global Public Health MSc graduate Adedoyin Sonibare about her experience on the course:

Adedoyin: It was a very interesting experience, I think for me, it was helpful because I was also working and it was a very flexible way of studying. So we were able to have a time period where we would get together once a week on a Friday and then during the evenings and weekends, I was able to go through the material, do the activities and ask questions to my supervisors and to my colleagues, by email.

It's already helped me, so doing a Global MSc is really helping my career because I've actually continued research, so I'm actually doing a PhD in Health Studies, and I'm continuing my research on health inequalities with sickle cell.

So it's definitely given me the tools needed to continue my career in academia, but also it's helping me in my day job as well in really understanding the importance of data. It's great.
